The location is excellent, the apartment is extremely tidy, a beautiful view of the lake

Extremely uncomfortable beds, the temperature in the apartments could be higher, in the garage there were some containers arranged against the wall, which made parking extremely complicated

The room inside had everything you need.

It is unacceptable that in a ski resort where people usually come in winter conditions, it is not possible to pick up the keys at the location. It is also inadmissible that at 2 p.m., at the indicated location, there was no one to hand over the keys. I came in the winter in the cold and had to wait to receive the keys. No one told me what the working hours are. A phone number was displayed but no one answered.
